The use below of "We" or "Us" or "Amelia Rose" refers to Amelia Rose Bridal Accessories. "Our website" refers to www.dyeing4shoes.co.uk.
"You" or "your" refers to a customer, potential customer or user of our website.
Payments may be made online using any major credit or debit card via a secure Paypal service.
You do not require a Paypal account to use this system.
Your card details are not passed onto AmeliaRose or any other third party.
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
Cheques should be made payable to AmeliaRose but please note goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared (this will be 2 to 4 working days after the cheque is banked).

If your shoes do not fit you when you receive them, we will happily exchange them for another style/size. If you normally fall between the shoe sizes available, or if you are purchasing a pointy-toe, and you have a square shaped foot, we recommend that you choose the next size up.
UK delivery is carried out either by First Class Post ( can take up to 3 days) or by Next Day Delivery (guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm the following day). See Delivery Charges below.
Orders received before 1pm on a working day are normally despatched the same day. Orders received after that time are sent the following working day.
Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery which should take up to 3 days. All order must be signed for and this postal system includes full insurance in case of loss.
We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes which delay the delivery of goods.
If goods are lost or stolen in transit please let us know promptly.
Our opening times are 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (closed bank holidays).
Please make sure that any returns are sent wrapped first in a plastic carrier bag and then with wrapping paper to ensure that if the paper does get ripped in transit the box will remain in good condition.

SUPPLY OF GOODS
If an item you order is no longer available or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected date of delivery and given the opportunity to wait for delivery, choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
By law customers located in the UK and European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within seven working days after the date of delivery with the exception of the following products:
- Made to order goods and services (e.g. shoes dyed to customer's swatch)
- Specially adapted items (flowers, bags etc.).
- Perishable goods, eg flowers
EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase for full refund minus the delivery cost providing they are returned to us with swatches, tissue paper and in the same perfect condition as they were despatched. Please do not mark, deface, the purchase or box in any way. DO NOT TAPE THE BOX CLOSED, WRITE ON OR MARK THE BOX in any way, for they will be classed as not being in perfect condition and therefore will not qualify for a refund. All items are fully inspected by us before they are despatched. Any shoes returned which have evidence of being worn without footsocks or have scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a carpeted surface are not deemed as suitable for return so please be especially careful when trying on your shoes.
If you receive items which are missing or have been damaged in transit please notify us within 3 working days. Any errors or faults found on receipt must be notified within 3 working days. Please return them to us with full details of fault, order date and invoice; please specify whether you require a refund or replacement item. Where a refund is requested we will refund the full purchase price of the product, including delivery charge, within 30 days of your notification. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method that was originally used when placing your order. If you require an exchange then please phone us and confirm order by emailing us with full details.
If your purchase is not suitable and you wish to cancel your order it should be returned to Ameliarose Bridal Accessories within 7 working days of receipt. We will make a full refund, but unless goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty we will require you to pay the delivery charge and cost of return postage. Goods must be returned in the original packing and be unused. We suggest that you use an insured mail service to ensure that the goods arrive back in the guaranteed time and in an acceptable condition. We are not liable for items which may be lost or damaged in transit when being returned.
When you place an order with us or agree to go on our mailing list, you will be agreeing for us, on an occasional basis, to supply you with further information about us (for example Special Offers etc.); this is for the sole purpose of keeping valued customers up to date. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We take your privacy concerns very seriously and confirm to users of this site that we will not sell share or rent individual users information with any other companies, without your permission.
In order for us to provide the best possible level of service we need to gather certain information.
When you register as a user with us we will ask for some relevant information including your name, email address, home address, delivery address, phone numbers etc.
This information allows you to place subsequent orders without resubmitting these details, and allows us to provide you with personalised services and correspond to you separately.
Once you have registered online you can check the information we store for you by visiting the website and logging in to your account. You can amend and update your account through this facility or email us at requesting that we update, modify or delete your account information.
